Printing Techniques
Learn more about the different types of printing techniques we offer for you to choose from for your wedding invitations and stationery!
letterpress
A traditional printing method that has stood the test of time. Letterpress creates a debossed impression by pressing inked metal plates onto thick paper, resulting in a luxurious and tactile finish.
Digital Printing
A cost-effective versatile printing method that uses digital files to print designs directly onto paper, offering unlimited color options and intricate details. Hand painted watercolor and other handmade designs are often created, transferred into a high quality digital image, and then digitally printed using a high-quality printer. In certain cases, and if decided so by the client, every copy of an invitation can be hand painted - making each and every piece truly unique and one of a kind!
Foil Stamping
A process that uses heat and pressure to transfer metallic foil onto paper, creating a shiny and reflective effect that adds elegance and sophistication to designs.
Thermography
A process that uses heat to fuse ink and resin powder, creating a raised print similar to engraving but at a lower cost, ideal for achieving a classic and refined look.
Engraving
A traditional and prestigious printing method that involves etching designs into a metal plate, filling them with ink, and pressing onto paper, resulting in a tactile, slightly raised and elegant finish.
Laser Cutting
A precise cutting method using laser technology to create intricate and delicate patterns on paper, adding a unique and decorative touch to invitations and stationery.
